Correct way:

The sentence makes sense with "beside", but it is just missing a "s"

You can upload any kind of files (besides the illegal ones) and access them wherever you are and whenever you want to.

example
In addition to; apart from
- I have no other family besides my parents
- besides being a player, he was my friend

If he wrote the sentence like this, then it would be incorrect..

We already changed, but thanks anyway, your notice was fair and not mean like the original post about this issue.
 
Let me explain to you all how this works. This is how the download page looks like:

This is the download link for the single "Wiz Khalifa - California" uploaded by the admin of GUTTAHIPHOP.COM.
The first ad (from the top) is mine, and the other ad (between the file info and the download button) is his (guttahiphop). This is how will work for you too.
