Do SKY block ports?

I am trying to run a server from home and therefore want to open port 80. I am with SKY and am wondering if they are blocking port 80

I have looked up as regards unblocking the firewall on the router and it currently looks like this on the inbound services. Do I need anything put on the outbound services?


Service Name = HTTP
Action = ALLOW always
LAN Server IP address = 92.168.0.6 (80)
0.0.0.0 (1:65535)
WAN Users192.168.0.6 is the pc that I want to use as the server

I have tried using http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ to see if the port is open and it says that it is not. Does anyone have any ideas?

I think I have sorted out the problem, I had the port blocked in the windows firewall. Now that I have created an inbound rule in there it appears as if it is working
