I think I have sorted out the problem, I had the port blocked in the windows firewall. Now that I have created an inbound rule in there it appears as if it is working
I am trying to run a server from home and therefore want to open port 80. I am with SKY and am wondering if they are blocking port 80
I have looked up as regards unblocking the firewall on the router and it currently looks like this on the inbound services. Do I need anything put on the...
it is the nameservers that are a problem. I can't change them automatically so have opened a ticket for help.
You can check my error when they are back working again.
Thanks everyone for pointing out this particular problem

My site is working fine, just checked it (that is the world-of-sports.co.uk one), the site when you click on the link is a site where I don't want it to go
Can someone help me with this, I have a streaming site which I am just starting and when click on the link I go to a different website, but when I copy and paste it goes to the correct page.
This is a link which you can test out

My VPS in the Netherlands is down and I can't access solusvm either, is there anyone else having these problems. I have already opened a support ticket, let's hope that they get it sorted out soon.
This site went down earlier and they are using an old database, that is why your post isn't here and my site is also down and has been for nearly 7 hours now.
It's not just your site that is down, mine is too.
Every time I reboot the server it stay up for a short time, running very slow and then stops again
Edit
I am back online again, good work guys we weren't down too long
Part of the problem that I have with using certain things is that as I am doing football streams certain places won't accept me, so when I find somewhere that is really working to fix the problem I tend to stay with them.
Equally I have just moved servers and don't really want to do it again...
I would pay $40 for somewhere that would ensure that my site would be safe, but it would have to be in a country that allows sites that have sports streaming
a bit too much for me mate, but thanks all the same
That is exactly what has happened, I have moved the domain name to the registrar at the moment so it should be safe there for the time being.
Is openvpn any good?
