cPanel Email problems

I cannot send nor receive emails through cpanel. After sending an email from cpanel Horde I receive the below email almost immediately. Anyone can help me with this?

I visited google link but there's nothing to do to resolve this.

Looks like the email is getting blocked. Do you have proper email and reverse dns setup?

Check ip rDNS and also test for SMTP server.

If everything is ok then change IP or domain.

Try to send an e-mail to yourself (same domain you send from).
