I only use filezilla since i start with bitshare, so far i have never experience this until recently. So hhmm, is there any setting change at ftp server side?

Here is your FAQ in the first page:

- Why i have only small downloads? - We count only 1 IP each 250 minutes. We dont count every view or download, we count only valid free user downloads and completly finished downloads.

And here is your old reply to someone regarding your ranking system:

Stooky: For platinum, you need at least 300-600 downloads daily and 4-6 sales each 10.000 downloads. For Gold, you need 300-400 downloads and 4 sales each last 10.000 downloads. On average, this can change upon users files and activity. Its a dynamic system.

Do those "downloads" which I highlight mean the same thing?
I think the first part you mentioned is "counted download",
but I'm not sure the second part you mentioned is "counted download" or "real download".
Could you clarify it?
