Hi, I don't know if this is a question that is allowed, i don't want to get infraction.

But, My question is, Which file host pays better? and Which one has a better upload / Download and a good service..

I've just started this, I am wondering, thanks.

So many people have asked the same question better. What would work well for you depends on the kind of traffic you have... you have to try a couple and see what works best for you!

To be fair, the question is quite vague.

If you are looking for PPD or PPS, I'm sure there are some 'legit' providers, some scam providers, some with good rates and some with bad rates, and all may be good/bad for different people for various reasons.

But to be perfectly honest, I fail to see how a PPD/PPS download site can exists for very long, or even make money without ripping off at least half the users. Do the maths on their reward schemes and you can see if their plans are sustainable or not.

Just one of the reasons we don't and will never offer such reward schemes.
