Thanks for replay . if site will be ok with in 30 minute that will be better. for this issue hosting should give notification by email. and open a support/ alternative domain . By using that domain we can contact with support team.

But in this time aquickhost.com is down it salves for this reason we cant able to contract with them. So it is natural that we think our file and money both are loss.

I completely understand that its normal to panic at these type of situations.

I assure you once we get our main site running, we will email all users about the downtime.

its seem that it already pass 30 munit till now my site is down, any way i try to contract with support@leaseweb.com , but they can not realize me . they says my email address is not in their data base so the need others information to help me...........

The Leaseweb SSC is https://secure.leaseweb.com, the control panel for
our customers.

However, I assume you have your hosting at aquickhost.com which is not
owned by Leaseweb.

It could be aquickhost.com orders servers with Leaseweb for hosting his
company, but, it's not property of Leaseweb.

Therefore, you'll have to contact aquickhost.com in case you have
issues with you ordered services with them.

Hi,

Leaseweb dosen't own Aquickhost, they are just our provider.
Cpanel install didn't end as expected, we are currently reinstalling it again.

New ETA : 1 hour .

We are working on it as quickly as possible.

We will inform you here once its done, and thru emails.

Becouse its no the Fault of them becouse the Problem is that to much DDos Kiddies in this Time make some shit on the web..........

Indeed its true, happens to any webhost, we are really sorry for this unexpected situation.

We are working as hard as possible to bring your sites back asap.

We will update the thread as we restore accounts.

EDIT: Our main site is restored. You can open tickets for specific issues .

Currently user accounts are being restored.. we will inform you as soon as its done..
