You need to install FTP software from SSH, or install a CP like Kloxo.

Yeah I rebooted many times to no avail, site doesn't load at all now. I'm waiting for them to reply to the ticket.

Ping check was fine too...weird, but I also did have a faulty IP before about a week ago, this is the 2nd one.

It's not a DDoS either, RAM usage has been constant all through. Same with CPU usage. Httpd has been running steady as well yet for some reason it doesn't work. I'm starting to think this is a problem with the IP they gave me. This really blows for me having my site down during prime time on...
