If anybody here has received money from NL to an American bank, can you say how much you were charged for transaction fees?

Just like the time they charged 2 EUR for Paypal payment but didn't actually pay the transaction fees with it and Paypal still took its own 4.5% share of the transaction! ;)

You understand that by having an uploader's Paypal address, they actually have all his info, don't you? There is a court order involved here; if asked, Paypal will have to disclose the uploader's personal info and the bank account/credit card info used to validate the account, etc.
