That said, enforcing something like that on a hoster which doesn't (for some odd reason) provide Mixed option is rather stupid imho. People who use TF for PPD quite obviously use it as a mirror because PPS is useless for them.
(Even more so because debrid downloaders still get past & clients have no incentive to ever buy premium. Not like on some other hosters.)
It seems more like you trying to get rid of PPD people by introducing what's clearly a shaving mechanism.

Your logic is totally wrong, you need to be do something else rather then this, some sites required mirror you know it and they are big forums so this rule is just useless you may introduce that you simply making ppd rate low that's it.
Terafile, why don't you stop PPD program and offer only PPS instead of being the "policeman" of each affiliate of what he uploads and if he is using other filehosts etc?
With such rules, you will make many affiliates leave Terafile.
Of course, it is up to you to do whatever you want with your filehost.

Yeah, decreasing earnings when used as mirror host (probably some shady ways to find out who uses it as mirror, who doesn't - otherwise, across the board scam of uploaders on ppd).
And uploading fails (haven't been able to upload new files for at least a week).
Now I'll just loose whatever little money I've made.

I used plan PPD 100%. But when I have sale. I have seen reports on the total community. So I have not received money from the sale?

It's unfair that some uploaders get penalities twice but others do not.
In addition, the reason your filehost get lesser sales is your service quality and business model issue.
I earned €100+/month from ryushare, $150+/month from bitshare and $100+/month from rapidgator; all plans are PPS.
However, I only got $20 ~ $40 sales per month from terafile, so I moved to PPD.
Maybe the reason is your daily donwload limit; some downloader discussion threads in Japan usually complain about it.
