We have noticed shipping the AlertPay PrePaid Card to certain geographic locations can actually take longer than 8 weeks. We suggest you go to your local post office to see if the shipment is being held there, in some instances this has been the cases.

And my Credit Card was expired since one month ago must i renew it or add a new one to keep my account Verifying ?

Deleting the expired credit card on file will not unverify your AlertPay account. Feel free to update your verified profile by adding the new card. Simply select add credit card located on the top right of your account.

That is the number of the ticket, I checked again at my email. Anyway, I made another ticket with #IOK-691665. Also I sent the same text to you as a PM.

Im tired of waiting for week now :@ is this support or lame money hungry Rippers.... Phone support is also dead took my 5 USD.......... still no one replies...
