If so then such statements are not conducive to helpful interactions. You have to help us help you. Without information, no answers can be provided. Being impolite with the AlertPay Team who possess the information you require will not resolve your account related issues.

Just wanted to let you know that we respond to questions asked online OR tickets within 48 business hours which is 2 business days. Business days are from Mondays to Fridays yet keep in mind that we fall under the Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST). This is the reason you had not received a response since when you wrote this post, it was not a business day.

Please note also that this 48 hour time frame is reset every time you update a ticket before it is replied to.

Well after reading people complaining about high charges for withdrawls and taking a long time i didnt want to cash out.

I transferred $ to my bank and it cost £5 and took 7 days.

I suppose its a lot better service than people say :P
 
I have already read this where POS usage rate is $0.5 but you charged $0.75. Why?

It depends on the withdrawal method you are referring to. If you are referring to a wire withdrawal, then yes, one must be verified to do so.

I pass phone verification, but the debit cart verification is suspended, so is the check withdrawal ..and for bank verification i dont have money at this time.

Still no resolution for this after 2 month. I don't know why the resolution take so long, if someone charge you charge $25 for each complain, but If I want charge back you take so long for the resolution.

Our team has replied to your email saying the following: The submitted Proof of Address cannot be accepted as it appears to be a one-time statement. They have also explained what it is they require.
