We are actively working to improve our encoding capacity. These temporary limitations are necessary to ensure the service functions properly. This encoding issue will be resolved very soon.

Regarding the error you are experiencing with Zoom, it will be automatically corrected as soon as the queue is less full.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We are progressively improving our infrastructure to make it more stable and scalable.

We will soon have several dedicated servers solely for video encoding.
