very slow remote upload, it pause a lots for a long time at 0Kb/sec or other low speed, also speed never rise above ~35Mb/sec (test from two NL server which normally upload to your server over 100Mb/sec, 95.111.xxx.xxx)

PS:happen for the past 2 days, only occasionally return to normal speed for a while.
