Get videos i select and place on the website.

build it on wordpress...use a video theme...cover it with a premium plugin...PHPMyVideoBlog....which can grab videos(by keywords,channels) from alot more...not just limited to yt...i bought the pro thing...but lite will do the job for ya...its free
