Youtube - Upload More than 15 minutes

I saw few people uploading almost a full video length of about 1 hour 30 minutes or so.

Can any one guide me how to do it ?

They'll let you upload longer videos after you are uploading videos for some time.

The have limited the time to 15 min to avoid spammers.
