Youtube Pop-up text?

When I watch videos on youtube, sometimes a text will pop up when the video is playing.

for example :[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vjicd2Ln8No[/ame]

Do you guys know how to make the pop-up text? (In the example, At the beginning there are 4 pop-up windows)

I assume you mean the annotations on the video?

If so, it depends what you mean. Do you want to add these annotations onto a video on your own website or what?

It'd require actionscript modification or HTML/CSS/JS depending on whether the player is HTML5 <video> or using flash player.
