I want to know if any of you have shared hosting or premium shared hosting from Estrowebservices and if you do, I want to know how are they? Great up time ? Any problems ? Do they answer fast or slow to your tickets?

I am thinking about buying a shared premium hosting plan from them and maybe you can tell me if they are great or if they have problems.
