How does your company handle DMCA complaints?

As soon as we receive any DMCA, we forward that to client. He/she should remove within 24 hours in Netherlands. However, DMCA complaints are very low just 1-2 per week. In Switzerlands, DMCA is not much strict & we never received any DMCA on Switzerland servers.s
