from same ip until how much? 0.50?

We had problems with the email service but now it's ok.
Adult material is okay as long as it is legal and you have permission to publish the contents.
Max money last 24 hours $5 for same IP address.
If your video viewed 8% and its total so your users only need view 8% and you earn!
