I want a Video Hosting site as one of my best friend earning a lot from it but when I asked him for the scripts in market he said you are the only option so far
but YOU EXPLOIT OTHERS AND ARE MONEY HUNGER .. you don't reply your clients if you think he/she can't pay you ...

is it right or just blame game ..?

I really want to start my business but can't take risk myself in the middle of nowhere after spending money ...

I'm on public platform ... Please tell me which SERVICES (support) you provide FREE and which is PAID ...?

and I can see on your SITE you've too much expensive script and MODs any discount you can offer ..?

Support for all our scripts is free and it's lifetime (it does not expire with updates subscription like other companies scripts). We can only charge customer if we have to login to his server(s) and do something (fix problem, investigate problem, modify configs, tune server, etc). "Support for all our script is free" ... "We can only charge customer if we have to login to his server(s) and do something... " without login what kind of services you've think you could have for your clients ...?

Sorry but contradictions
"Support for all our script is free" ... "We can only charge customer if we have to login to his server(s) and do something... " without login what kind of services you've think you could have for your clients ...?

If our customer have an issue, we always ready to help using our rich experience, no matter what is the reason of the issue. We can tell what to check/where to look and can tell how to solve problem. But if you want someone to watch your servers and troubleshoot performance/runtime issues for you on your server - then you should hire someone if you can't do that by yourself.

Remember, we provide script support, but not site support (hope you understand difference).
