Several thousand blogs will get spammed with your url, the url will more than likely not get clicked on anyone but search engines, search engines rank you in google on how many other sites have your link, if you have thousands of links on different sites related to your site you'll get ranked higher on google in comparison to your competitors. This is if it is done correctly.
 
I used this service two times then again about 6 weeks ago and I didnt get a response (paid via website) the first two times it was great. I think this bloke is in active now.
