Well, as I'm affiliated with both, I'd agree to continue.

I just need to know how precisely are smaller uploaders affected (i.e. if it even makes any business sense to continue, as it were).

That's a tough one.I wouldn't even want to hazard a guess about that

But for the ppd uploaders using only xerver getting more pps earners does nothing but help your situation.

Whatever is going to happen has to be decided soon because if this merger isn't going to happen I need to start shopping myself around.

How long is the wait period between downloads. It's an hour at fileom and if it's less than an hour here it will greatly reduce the number of premium sales we are able to generate.

Great. That made me all warm, fuzzy and hopeful inside :-/

When Xerver.co absorbed filegrasper's debt with FileOM they absorbed the debt owed to FileOM's affiliates.

Xerver.co is paying outstanding hosting debts within 24 hours according to this post: http://www.wjunction.com/102-file-host-affiliate-discussion/193127-6.html#post2015717

Xerver.co needs to pay the outstanding debt for FileOM's hosting costs at an equal ratio to paying the outstanding debt for FileOM's affiliates.

Its that simple. You guys pay what is owed, and then we can determine whether or not we would like to continue our affiliation with you via Xerver.co This is the only acceptable solution that I see as being fair.

If Xerver.co does not have the capital on hand to pay out the affiliates and FileOM's outstanding hosting costs then Xerver.co either needs to seek outside investment capital and/or cut their losses with FileOM in order to not impact the namesake of Xerver.co

Hi Peter

As stated, we have not taken over Fileom. We have a proposal that affiliates need to agree to before we agree to the take over.

Because of the huge debt that Fileom is in, we cannot risk paying out all affiliates without some form of commitment from them.

So we are currently not liable for any debt, we are trying to make the best of a really crap situation. We are trying to give the affiliates an opportunity to get their money and continue earning with our platform. That is our offer to Fileom's affiliates.

Regards

Rory

I'm sorry but you are a liar, you have taken over FileOM.

When one organization absorbs the responsibilities for the debts of another organization this is called a takeover.

Now that you own FileOM you guys owe me a substantial amount of money.

its that simple, pay up. I'm not playing games.

This in the end is how the matter?
You can help me solve it?

I'm curious, since Xerver.co is assuming FileOM's server hosting debts, why isn't Xerver.co equally assuming FileOM's affiliate debts?

It'd be hard to believe that Xerver.co was able to retroactively force new terms and conditions to pay off FileOM's hosting provider(s), so why should affiliates be treated any differently?

Did Xerver.co work out a deal with FileOM's hosting providers where they would re-pay FileOM's debts over the course of several months at a fixed percentage rate based on the amount of sales Xerver.co and FileOM make? I'd think not...

Hi Xerver,

Can you please look into my stats yesterday, seems something has been wrong .i am not happy with

Yesterday in the first half for 250 downloads i have 0.50euro ,but after that the stats was not proper i ended the day with 915 downloads and i just got 1.227 Euro .which is so less compare to the other days .the other days i use to get atleast 3 + euro ,but not sure what happen yesterday and even detail stats are also not working ,can you please check and confirm on this .

I hope this will not repeat to me again today :) ,bcoz 1000 downloads if not even 2 euro i am earning then its very hard for me get many downloads

xerver are not scamming anyone the problem was with fileom, I have over $3000 in my fileom account so trust me I am more angry then most but its time to give xerver a chance and we can judge them later on down the line.

xerver users should be paid on time we dont have to take the burden or filon's debts

most likely they will make up some utter crap about paying the xerver affliates on percentages an how much sales you bring in an one set of stupidness seein they have fileom debts to pay.

All right seeing xerver taken oven fileom no problem but to make those stupid rules about payments an percentages is utter crap.
You WILL lose most of fileoms supporters as far as I know lots of people have already left fileom and forums which are already not accepting fileom links.

Plain an simple pay the affliates an you will gain their trust the longer you take the more worse it gets.I am willing to stay I will even bring in 10-15 sales a day if you want I have no problem with that.

Not as angry as I am, but close :(

I think its only fair to judge Xerver.co now because they agreed to take on FileOM's debts.

If they didn't have the capital to pay FileOM's debts then they should not have acquired FileOM.

Its that simple.

News, where is the support?
when the date of payment of the current balance ?
and when they start to pay the debt that you buy from FileOm?
Many questions, few answer ......
Total balance accumulated very large .... almost 3 months!

No answers questions by private
mailouts unanswered
skype not responding
I smell a scam!

Let me try this again.

Dear Xerver,

Simply what are your intentions an why don't you at least release an official announcement on what's taking place orrrrrrrrrrrrrrr a simple message/time/date or whatever to assure all affiliates of xerver an newly acquired fileom.

That's all you have to do instead of having everyone constantly bombarding your thread with when we are getting paid or what's going on,we're not psychic you know.
