they count 3 downloads per 24 hours, even they reset time at GMT.

may be that downloader already downloaded 3 files in last 24 hours, only stats update in GMT to next day, but still Download count work on 24 hours trigger, so that downloader already downloaded your files in last 24 hours.

Hi Anurr, the problem is that you have repeat downloaders from the same countries. When you started using Xerver, we were counting 1 EURO per IP per 24 hours, now we count 0.080 EURO per IP per 24 hours. That is 3 downloads for Tier 1 countries, even more for lower tier countries.
Xerver upload speed is really slow today! Not enough Bandwith for Weekends?! Pls Upgrade your Servers before its too late!
We are looking into the issue now Reddgar.
We count 0.080 EURO per IP per 24 hours, so that is 3 downloads for tier 1 countries, even more for the lower tier countries. So if you see you have a lot of downloads but many missed earnings, it means that your downloader has generated more than 0.080 EURO in the last 24 hours.

Because your downloader has downloaded files of other users within 24 hours. I'm sure you should know that if a user downloads someone elses file and then downloads yours, that is 2 downloads for that IP.
We give 0.080 per IP per 24 hours, other sites give half of that.

What this
either count 3 download per IP from tier I countries (0.035*3 = 0.0105) or maximum earning per IP is 0.08

Funny thing is that no one - no one - within the scene I work in uses Xerver. I know that for a fact. So it's interesting to read the explanation as if that one particular user
has also found some odd file here and there from other uploaders. In fact, Fileinz uses the same tactic, claiming my users downloaded some weird-ass porn zips. (And rest is, as they say, history.)
And here I was hoping for the best already...
This has been corrected, so you will be able to earn 3 downloads per IP for tier 1 countries.
Please note, that this is something no other site offers.

Now you're saying that 3 download earnings per IP for 24 hrs are counted (as is correct).
But previously you said that no, it's not because 3 = together with downloads from other users.
So which is it?
Because I still see zeroes with no dl counted.

i think you're not understanding, let me explain you.
Other host => one download count per ip => that means, if userX downloaded 1 file of uploader 1, then 10 files from uploader2, and uploader 1 will receive the earning, that second uploader 10 downloads show 0.000 earning in stats.
In Xerver => 3 download count per ip => that means, if userY downloaded 1 file of uploader 1, then 10 files from uploader2, and uploader 1 will receive the 1 count, that second uploader receive 2 earning count, other 8 downloads of uploader2 show 0.000 earning in his stats.
already 3 downloads per ip is better than 1 download per ip in other hosts, already xerver is losing big money due to multiple count, but you still asking more..??
Even if you have 5 downloads, but showing 0 earning, that means, that user ip already downloaded 3 files from other uploader.
like that few downloaders download your file first and then download other uploaders files, so you earn money other uploaders not earn anything, this is practical and you have to accept it.
you're asking 3 download per ip per user , thats impossible and result in cheating with multi accounts, and possibly xerver will close PPD
whyn't you can ask extra 10 % after get 3 sales per day ?
