What file type is apply to Pay per view? Video and audio? So that means when I upload a music video and someone view it it will be count?

if someone view the video and then download it because he interested in it. Is it count 1 view and 1 download or just 1 view only?

if you own any website means, you will understood from ads earning , none of ads provider pay for tier 4 countries, they call rate as "Filling rate", mostly $0.5 or $1/1000 views, but xerver paying €3.2/1000 (€ 3.2 x 1.37 = $4.38) that is really impossible for even ads company.
i love xerver and i want them to run longer period, thats why i suggested this for reducing loss, sometime this small thing eat all their profit.

It will count as one download only because you cannot earn twice from the same IP.

Captcha works fine.. I think they just have it set high to at least 90 % accuracy.
