x7.to - Scam or great Page?

Hello,
yesterday i found x7 in a german warez board.
They offer up to 5GB/file and pay 2€ per ref and up to 1 cent per download!

Do you think they are good and pay out?

never tried this site but from the review I read it is scam site. paid only for first payout then scam. typical scammer filehostings (eg: Enterupload.com, Storage.to aka Kickload.com ... etc)
