Ok. Can you please post a screenshot of the updated uptime of the Russian and Swedish server?
I dont have an accurate uptime for the russian node currently but the swedish node one is posted above.

Users from the russian node are free to post an uptime report (% up), I wont guaruntee their accuracy (remember it also depends on backend servers reliablity). The russian node is pretty much never down last I checked its days online (or linux uptime command) of node 1 was at 181 days and node 2 not far behind not that that means much comming from a VPS.

SplitICE, I will not comment on your service anymore. I am not taking anything back but I will just let you be and I actually wish you all the best, cause when your service worked i.e. was up, it was fast and stable. I am sorry you had to spend so much $ on cell phone MBytes. I know first hand that surfing via cell is a bitch and costs a lot indeed. You can keep my money in my account and use that to compensate your expenses for posting mobile, I think it should cover it.

Let's just leave it at that and no hard feelings. I am now where I been a customer of over a year ago before and all my sites are working and there is no further harm done and the dust has settled. Let's just say or good-bye's at this point and hope/wish for the best in the future and maybe forget the whole thing after some time has passed.

Good luck and all the best to you.

Thanks for the report, luckily i decided to check my email before nodding off to sleep. Not sure at this stage why the web service crashed but ill look into it in the morning.

Thanks again for the report. Sorry for any inconvenience.

By the way, you don't have any support or contacts in page, where is your official support?

Changed my DNS records to new proxy IP but site goes offline, i think it's because DNS must update from your side on new IP?

Resolved via PM, strange issue.

Official support is via this thread (public issues). Or via PM (personal issues).

A large bug fix release will be pushed online soon that should fix these account activation errors.

As soon as its configured, usually its within 5 minutes of the time you set it up. (In your case it took a bit longer as I had to do it manually).

Its fine to set the DNS now, the IP is working. I tested it.

Ok done, waiting...And jsut to clear up things: screens from tutorials gone, so i think need to point domain A/MX record to porxy IP right?

Point the A records at it. New screenshots are being worked on, should be ready after this bug fix. Probably once I get back from my holiday mid feb. Unless someone makes some unofficial ones earlier.

The problem isnt on our end, the server has a large amount of bandwidth free. Most likely the problem is one of these three things:
1. You havent configured mod_rpaf or similar see http://www.wjunction.com/670660-post252.htm
This is usually the problem with large forums. (Session Locking)

2. You have a firewall that hasnt got your proxy IP whitelisted or a server module that limits connections per IP
3. Your server is geographically far away (ping the proxy IP from your server)
3-50ms is fine
50-150ms is a little slow
150-300ms is going to be a fair bit slow

You can improve the speed by utilizing a CDN or separate non proxied sub domain for static resources (therefore only HTML goes through the reverse proxy)
