Maybe this is some form of new math but 13 plus 7 equal 20 not 19, and if it is after 7 days that means at least 21 not 19.

I think he is including the date when he requested for pay out
so 13th,14th,15th,16th,17th,18th,19th
and so 19th is the 7 th day.......
from OP state it seems payment will be received after 7 days so better wait for the 20th 8-) @mydesipanu
