Hey Guys,

I sell RDP over my website & i just redesigned it today.
Any reviews on how it looks now.

Great domain you've got yourself.

The site itself looks pretty good and professional.

Only thing I could think about is that you should offer different rdp plans.. I see that you are currently only offering one plan.

Best of luck. I'm sure you're going to make this into a successfull business :)
 
would be a good idea to actually tell people how long its going to take when they give you money. waited hours and emailed you and got no reply, even though you state that you have a 24/7 team. I ended up having to dispute the payment since it appears that you are in fact the only person working there, there is no 24/7 team, and that you were in fact most likely asleep at the time. Which in turn means that my month is ticking away while you are enjoying your little sleep. Which in turn means that im paying you to sleep. I dont want to pay you to sleep, i want a remote desktop. Sadly i didnt get one and am still waiting for my money back. Another wannabe host.. |-)

Dude, before you start shitting all over my threads. Let me clarify.
And SHOW all other clients a complete picture which you never did. 8-)

1. The orders are processed in 12-24 Hours which is the normal setup time for your slots.
2. On top of all, you placed an order at 12:29 am according to my time.
3. At 12:34am , you placed a support ticket on how much time will it take to setup your slot.
4. At sometime later, you replied to your own ticket you know what you wrote.
5. At 2:29am, you placed a CHARGEBACK WITH PAYPAL saying ITEM NOT RECEIVED.


Within 2 hours of payments and tickets, you even came back and filed a CHARGEBACK & there are other noobs too in this forum who will beleive in these words even if you never showed them a complete picture..

Check the one just below your comment he just beleived you.

Proves to me you are a newbie to all the hosting world.
And one more thing,
Keep your $$$$ with you , i dont need them to have a Sound Sleep & please do not ever do this to some other webhost.

If yes, i had true respect for you as it is a great tool.
But now, its over.
 
I think what jayfella is annoyed about is that he didn't get any reply within 2 hours after opening a support ticket.

It's understandable that setting up the RDP may take 12-24 hours but if a company has 24x7 support, a client should get a response to his/her support ticket within a 30 mins to an hour. Your 24x7 support team could have let him know that he will get his RDP within say another 12 hours and then he would have happily waited for it.
