www.automateservers.com ripped my template :(

Last night I was informed that automateservers.com ripped my template.

Code:
www.automateservers.com
www.hostbeyond.com
I've emailed them and asked them nicely to remove the template, and haven't got a response back yet.

The site dawarehouse.org is hosted on the same server as automateservers.com, and they have advertisements for automateservers.com on their forum. So I'm pretty sure the same person owns both sites.

dawarehouse.org is a Katz 4 ranked site, and I imagine he/she is a member here at wjunction. So hopefully he/she will see this and kindly remove the template.

If you're going to start a hosting site, don't rip another hosting site's template. When I first started hosting, I didn't have a template at all, and then I used a free template until I could afford to buy a professional hosting template. I paid alot of money for my current template, and I don't appreciate it when someone rips it and uses it on their own site. :(.

They might not know its ripped at all (baught it from somebody who ripped your skin), you would be surprised how many people sell ripped templates.

that's true. i will try and get ahold of the owners, and see if they will use another template. if they refuse to remove the template, oh well. most everyone knows that template is mine and probably won't do business with them anyway.

Payment Method: Automate Servers

I tried to register a domain as a simple test and I can't. Tried to pay for a server but payment method is "Automate Servers". Is this a payment processors? =))

oh, they probably don't have a payment processor set up.

haha I don't think it would be worth suing them.

I would just like them to remove my template from their site, and use a different template.

I recieved a reply from the webmaster, and he claimed that he got the template from someone else, and promptly removed my template.

I would also like to apologize to the webmaster. I know how easily templates get ripped, so maybe it wasn't his fault and he didn't know.
