wupload is banned by my isp

as the title says i think my isp blocked wupload.

but i don't exactly know why the site isn't loading for me.

i guess it is the isp block.

anyone facing the same problem ??

change your dns to open dns or google dns

use google dns to bypass ip banned. some day ago my ips blocked mediafire.. now day india have many rules in isp
