This is good news IMO. People that upload just for money are wrecking the warez scene. And all the people deleting files cos you can't make money anymore are lame. WUpload don't owe you anything, they gave you a chance to make some money and now it is not worth it for them to continue. By deleting all your files etc, you are proving you don't give a shit about sharing or the people who might want to download these files. People like this should not be uploading in the first place. I hope ALL file host affiliate programs stop as it will remove you morons from the warez scene.

I agree with you 100%. The morons who upload just for money doesnt even care about their downloaders. They are just SHIT Spammers. And i am really (from depth of my heart) happy that wupload is closing atleast this fukking spammers wont spam much now. will reduce spamming by 20-30% for sure. And they have no freaking respect for their downloaders. just spamming to make money.

Making money through filesharing is not unethical (btw the whole warez thing is unethical but in warez community making money through filsharing is not.), but still spamming to make money is.

If you get a chance to upload and share and in addition you could make money then i would say its a good opportunity. but Dont abuse it.

i dont think that is related to the anti piracy document ... i mean if it would have been for that close the affiliate programme would have not solved their "illegal" position... i dont see point to shut down affiliate coz you have been sued.... i think that willy was jus a subhost of fsn and they were either losing money too much or they got quicly saturation with the new filehost... i think filesonic is more stable..... for sure all the stuff will not last forever but for every file host that dies there is naother that shine... in italy for example when fsn and fs appeared uploaders stopped use mu and rs and started use the new filehosts :)
 
Epic guys. They earned a lot from you, accept the bitter truth. Or maybe the new filehost Filejungle is coming so maybe they did some kind of tie up?
 
fuck wuplaod and filesonic. they both suck. I will be more than happy to see them down asap. and also, all other sites that pay per download or w/e..

wupload was more into warez, thats why they got in the list. the next in line should be fileserve! filesonic is more popular in porn 8-)

Log into your account and delete all your files if you are really sure you are finished with wupload; then if you own a site where you were posting the links to apply a filter to block the word wupload site wide or in your section, that will render your links unreadable; so even if wupload undeletes your files, no one will ever see the links and wupload will not make another dime off your back.

i think it is plain and simple.

wupload closed it's affiliate program because it was mainly used by top affiliates using the PPD plan.

Wupload ended up paying huge amounts of money to those uploaders for downloads, meaning not too many people really had a WU premium account. Ay least not as many as Filesonic.

However, I did not work with WU so what do I know? :|

Who gives a shit about what is going to be law in the USA?
I am not a part of or in the USA, most people I know are not a part or in the USA and those people I DO know want to NOT be apart of or out of the USA. It is a horrible country with a dictatorship mistaken for democracy. It is more like China actually.

I got 6 Cease and Desist Letters from facebook alone on my desk ... so what? If they want they can list me, my company and all my site wherever. My registrar is not in the USA, most of my domains are country specific and I would sue the hell out of anybody and anything, even my government, if they would shut any of my domain down, pressured by the USA unlawfully.

Directi, one of my registrars got a real shitstorm from me once, for temporarily suspending my Wikileaks Mirror and put it back up.

We have to learn to stand up against the USA and realize that the USA is the biggest threat to humanity since Hitler, maybe even worse in the long run. What I just said is actually kind of a quote of a friend of mine, a 100% US American living in the USA.

So, they cancelled their AFFILIATE PROGRAM. THIS is what you do when you got popular enough. (CPA) Advertisers do that all the time: You can earn money to some extend and then you can fuck off. I like Willy and I love Hish (one of the coolest peepz on the planet) but what wUpload did was a punk move to make more cash, nothing else and let's not be fooled into thinking that they are some victim of some USA-List noone gives a flying fuck about.
