Yes, I'm selling NexusDDL.com

Reason: To focus more on WarezLobby.

Features:
- Highly modded version of WCDDL v1.
- Site rating system
- Many backlinks.
- PR 2 (Will most probably be a PR 3+ on the next update)
- Downloads-On-Site system with an auto submitter + BBCode support (You can submit your own downloads to other DDL sites for more traffic, dl.nexusddl.com)

- 5000-8000 unique visits per day. (Mostly from Google)
- Has a lot of potential, and all you have to do is take care of the queue.
- Well known site.

Yep, greedy greedy greedy people mate. Just shows how bad of a person it is when such a trusted webmaster agrees to sell, then goes back on what he says. Obv wanted more money for it. But if he says "i couldnt" then why put it up for sale in the first place?

Yeah he might of been saving up to buy it but now he's got an extra $1k in his pocket.

There's no rules about backing out of a sale as that happens all the time in life.

Also his statement about not raising it anymore is kinda true since it's off the market altogether now :p

Theres no rule, but there is an honor. To the same extent that a roofer who quotes on a roof should stick to the price. I stuck with it once but alas the raise was not good enough.

And no its not as if he took my money, that would be scamming. Its a dog act against social rules and norms, but we all know they dont apply to most people in the warez scene. Im dissapointed in CyberJ and not to be receiving the site but I will be leaving it there now. This will most likely be my last reply in this thread (I expect it to be locked soon anyway).

My sig will remain as a reminder for a while, no offence is ment by it just a reminder and hopefully a lesson to some.

Also you had no reason what so ever to back out on the sale, you didn't even state it in your OP that you have every right to not sell this site. But even if you did mention it, the BIN was bidded so I really don't know why to cancel the deal. I will never be voting for you again.</end rant if I wouldn't be a moderator>
