Well, I assume you have Pakistani IP and the Pak IP Range is small.
So, this could be a probability that someone from your IP range might be hacking/ddosing WJ, so it might be automatically blacklisted by CSF or BFD scripts running in cPanel
This is just my assumption, can be some other problem too :s

Pm a Admin About it 
its banned from wj, not from cpanel, when i open wjunction, i m already logged in but it says that admin has banned your ip address.
i hope any of the admin will jump in this thread to.
