WTB windows remote desktop for uploading purpose

this vsp will be on 100Mbit port, 7TB "dedicated" monthly
minimum of 80GB HDD, 1GB or RAM
i will be upload on MU and hotfile so locations near those host are preferred
run utorrent, rar, unrar
windows desktop
price range is around 45, im flexible.
