Hey I need to verify my paypal with a vcc. once i verify it ill give you the money.

you dont need a vba dell.. and 15 is too high. 10 is even too high but i have vcc for 8 so 10 makes it worth the time for me.

u dont need a vcc...just get some1 with an epassporte account to verify ur paypal for u.....then itll only cost u 2$ (unless epass owner charges extra:P)....just got my epassporte visa card so i think i can help u if u want
