Dunno i need better speed from hotfile download . upload either they are in germany / france / US

If you need speed from hotfile (either download or upload) then the only option is an onshore VPS (US).

Offshore VPs will only give you good speed with RS, Storage etc ...

Also realize that speeds to/from hotfile can vary a lot .... sometimes 6Mbs down and at most times 2Mbs or even less.

Upload from Shub's VPS is very fast today, download sucks.

Fair Suggestion:

If you just want to transload & upload from/to hotfile, then get hosting in Country = USA
State = Florida
City = Fort Lauderdale

You will get fastest speed.

I was testing it on my VPS, located in the US.

It took 5 seconds to upload a 100mb file to hotfile.

(Via hotfile.com remote upload, not via RL integrated upload)
