I'm looking for a budget dedicated server just to get my website started. It is going to be a public rapidleech script, and I would definitely prefer an offshore host. I will pay via Paypal only.

Possible Specs:
- Low-end CPU (Atom/Pentium 4/Celeron etc.)
- 100 GB HD
- Bandwidth (Unmetered or 2TB+)
- 100 mbps connection

I knew some site are offering at $30~$50 at your need.
But it's for private rapidleech only.
And the bad was, it's limited in stock.
