I'm not using TF, only public RL for limited users with limited daily bandwidth. Is that ok?

It's better 1GBit port but with more bandwidth. 2TB BW its just not enough for it. Maybe it will be, but I don't want to take that chance.
It's dedicated 1 GBit on VPS? With Cpanel or..?
