Many warez sites have domain extensions like .ws or .ru etc.
In your opinion, which country is best for hosting warez sites who can ignore DMCA without thinking twice?

Doesn't really matter what the .TLD is tbh.

The one you really should really be looking for is the actual domain register themeselfs, Find a decent register and your be able to pick more names and be safe.
 
Honestly, none.

All domains are under ICANN & ICANN is located in US. So if you grow big and come in red light, the domain will be seized anyway.
 
Honestly, you people are going far ahead of yourself.

What is the reason to be worried? Do you own a warez website with 500K unique visitors daily and generate few million pageviews each day? Most likely the answer is no.

When you get to such numbers, or at least close then you really need to dig in to your pockets and get anon domain registrations, hosting and such.
 
Just choose a good domain registrar and hosting provider who will work with you, and you should be safe. It's not like you will become the next TBP shortly :P
 
Doesn't really matter which extension your using. For example I could buy a .us TLD (Which is the United States), but purchase hosting in Europe (.eu) to minimize the probability of DMCA or MPAA complaints. Offshore is always best. Regardless you're gonna get them emailing you to take down particular links they consider illegal or piracy and such. Also as I've suggested in another thread of yours that compliments this topic, I'd use namecheap for your domain registrar as well.
