I'm really unhappy about them. I've been having constant downtime and it's extremely slow. I'm barley even using bandwidth, I'm on shared if that's the problem.

I had problems with them at first but they had some kind of attack on the system a couple weeks ago. Ever since my service has been excellent and my speeds have been great considering their location to mine. I also have the semi-dedicated package which maybe why we have a difference in service quality. A couple of their staff members post here. You should speak with them about your issue. They have been helpful to me every time I contacted them. Good luck
