Yeah I've already heard from the current staff that this Anthony kid is crap. Anyway, he's at school most of the day (being 15) so it's not as if you have to deal with him much.

I never started this thread to diss wrzhost i simply wanted to know if anyone else was having the problems i was having.

I had been with wrzhost for 3/4 months and this was the first real problem i had with them so its not all bad. But when a server goes down and you are left waiting for 23 hours for a reply to a ticket its a big problem.

Anyway ive moved my sites now and requested my VPS be canceled and i just hope they do the right thing and refund me the month ive pre paid from the 20th Nov onwards - if you can see to this Tippie?

Just leave it, all I want is to support my clients and recover wrzhost, not another bs thread.

About Anthony, he might not be 24 like me but I was also 17 when I started wrzhost and he already knows a lot more about servers than I knew at that age.
I also went to school back then and still I managed it on my own.
With a little bit more of the tippie training he will be one of the best, I can assure that.

I said a little bit,I meant he didn't know what do to exactly according to the wrzhost rules, for example what I do when a client is under attack.
He doesn't need other training, I also learned from him, you're never too old to learn.
I was also 17 when I started wrzhost and I've been trained by google first and college afterwards but I'm 24 now and I can manage it all, everyone deserves a chance and don't think that I didn't do my world famous tests on him.

Well well just had a reply to my ticket and they refused to refund me! cannot believe it!

I paid my invoice weeks early and im being refused a refund because of it...... my current month does not run out untill the 20th Nov so im not out of line to ask for the payment i sent them for the term after the 20th Nov - 20th Dec

Unreal!
