Have you tried contacting their support? If it's the NL, it's possible the server(s) got cut off due to massive debt to WorldStream.
 
Yeah spoken to support many times who say they are looking into it.... just wondered if anyone else was having the same problem thats all.
 
No servers were cut out, the node your on is having problems most likely. Two NL nodes are currently experiencing network issues. The rest of our nodes are up, were working to fix those problems.

This has already effected my VPS for almost 24 hours how much longer should i wait before moving my sites? or is it close to being solved?
 
My VPS seems to be back online now - hopefully it lasts...

I dont use Skype and MSN support never replys and is set to "busy" 24/7 but thanks for the reply anyway.

I'm glad your server is back.
The staff has separate msn messenger addresses, I will tell them to add it to their signature in whmcs.
 
lol - they are having problems paying the bills, so the server might of been terminated.

And I haven't seen any of them online over the last 24 hours to check tickets, clearly more important things to do.

i am wrzhost existing customers and yes Nick is right they are not replying to any of the tickets

or on skype etc here ae some proofs so plz dont buy this server .

bottom line is there use to be couple of good people who use to work in wrz for last couple of months they left i think and then these mugs are running it now without any knowledge whatever u ask them , u get some funny answer

Btw it's taking you more than 4 days to send a couple of domains while I already paid the 50$ so stop bullshitting about wrzhost.

If you're talking about supportpro, they are only level 1 and 2 support and they can't really do anything but reply and forward it to the level 3 support.
If you want me to take a look at your ticket just contact wrzhost on skype and leave me an offline message or so.


BTW : since I took over these are the first bad comments I've seen and that's because I've been studying for my exams which is pretty normal I think for in my final year, I have staff for a reason, I can't watch them 24/7 but alltogether we're recovering well,these clients were also on one node which was overloaded by an other client.
We balanced the load again there.
