Hello WJ,

Here I bring a review about Wrzhost and I wish I could entitle this one "Being the 1st on google doesn't mean being the best"

I've been using their share packages and I had continued downtimes repeatedly, well at least they credited 20 bucks once on my account but they are still very slow on ticket replies.
Then I decided to move to a Windows VPS (That I can manage) fist 48 hours of service were crap, I couldn't use it due a node issue.

VPS has been running smooth for about a month but windows now, you know, decided to have a bug. I've been asking for them to fix issue yet they didn't fixed it neither provided a backup (I got one from 9 July but need something more updated).

In general, WRZHost.com is just another crappy host at the moment, and I really recommend everyone to look in other places for more reliable hosting!

That's really professional written review. It can be true, I know from experience. You can't threat everyone the same. Some customers are great, and you just love to help them. And some customers are boring retards. Who are sending tickets for every little damn problem. I'm not saying that, sending tickets for every problem is bad. But when you got bunch of clients, you are getting pissed off. And of course, you will be mad. And you will be writing bad replies, full of anger. Because you took it too personally.

I'm sure that WRZHost uptime is great. ( Because I know few forums that are hosted there, and they hadn't downtime at all. ) I don't know about their support. Because I wasn't hosted ever in my life by them.

Who knows, maybe their hosting service is really great. You are old enough to make your own decisions, people here are jealous. And they are writing against other hosting companies, because they are their rivals.

I hope you understood.

That also can be true. You can't blame whole company, because someone from there isn't competent to do install's of cPanel, etc. Personally, I never used hosting from any of this "offshore" small companies. All of my sites are hosted at private dedicated server. From Hetzner.de .

None country is safe. You can host your forum anywhere, if it becomes famous, they are going to shut you down, no matter in which DC is your server located. Every smaller company is like that. They all say, " we got 4 servers , OMG! " etc. But the true is, that they have only 1 dedicated server for start. To see, will their business be successful. WRZHost have lots of dedicated servers, because they are bigger company. For me, they will be never professional company. Neither one of the "illegal/offshore hosting companies". Hostings with MSN support? I mean LOL WTF? Professional companies doesn't use MSN. They have too much clients. Every smaller wannabe company has MSN support, because they don't have too much clients. And the clever owner of that wannabe company, gives some small amount of money to some kid, to tell the other kids to buy hosting from them. etc.

Company that has own DC is a real company. Not the company that resell someones servers. Be your man, buy yourself a dedicated server from some bigger real company. Lots of them allow warez linking, even some companies from United States, allow warez linking.
 
Well i agree you with you Jason at some point i do, but can't be like that with new Companies, i mean WRZHost didn't start their service with 10 Dedi's but by the time they got bigger and bigger and ofcourse the need of Getting new Servers shows up, you can't do like you said, dump New/Smaller Companies just because they use MSN ? WRZHost did use MSN, so please stop this bullshit.

I don't know really. For me, It's unprofessional for one bigger web hosting provider to use MSN. Support tickets are for support, not MSN. But, you know too. That 90% "workers" in companies like WRZHost are kids, I'm not saying that kids work in WRZHost. Because I don't know them, I knew only that tippie was the owner before, and he's not a kid. But other wannabe companies, that their owners are from WJ. Their workers are kids, which are un-educated for that kind of work.

And I didn't wanted to insult anyone.

Why You need to go School to know about Hosting stuff ?

And i can't really remember but i think Storming was in the MSN Support thingy.

You don't need to go in school, to know about network, and server managing. But you need to read the books, and to practice. I mean LOL WTF man, guys from here are trying to be some badass system administrators, after they read 2-3 tutorials. They are just reading the goddamn tutorials. You can't learn much stuff from tutorials. Only the basic stuff, which would help you later, when you want to go in deeper.

And what's so special about Storming? He is my online friend. But he isn't an sysadmin, neither he knows much. As you already said, he was in that 'msn support thingy'.
