wrzhost support - were has it gone?

Does anyone still use this host and how long does a ticket usually take to get a reply?

Their support used to be pretty good for offshore, but of late has gone downhill again.

Some staff members had vacation so it's only gonna get better, the average response time is still pretty good imo.
