Trustme guys.. i never wanted to post this thread on the forum, but i feel like an idiot... If a hosting is bad i never post shit on forums... but what is happening is something i cant tolerate..

I dont want money back, i dont want a free month, i dont want anything free from them. I JUST WANT MY FTP RESTORED TO DOWNLOAD SOME FILES FROM MY SITE AND UPLOAD THEM TO MY NEW VPS.X-(

4 days ago i had 10 hours or more of downtime with wrzhost.
Everyday for the last 20 days I had several 2 or 3 minutes downtimes.
FTP not working for the last 4 or 5 days.
Takes me 5 minutes to add a new post on wordpress and another 3 minutes to load the post page.

I SUBMITTED 2 SUPPORT TICKETS DOURING THIS 4 DAYS AND HAD NO REPLY.

I DONT WANT TO CONTINUE USING THIS HOST ANYMORE,

and worst is that in 3 days i have to pay a fortune to them for a service that is not worth that money, wich claims to be ASIA OFFSHORE and Hong Kong based but my site ip is from UK.
I cant access via FTP and i cant backup my wordpress...

IS THERE ANYONE RELATED TO WRZHOST IN THIS FORUM THAT CAN HELP ME ?????

what?..What Client are you?..We already replied to ALL Tickets..and we did warn about the quick transfer we had to do as the current semidedis were going a bit slow
 
My sites were fine, perhaps its just you?

As for FTP they changed the servers, you probably are using the wrong IP.

and it shows an IP from the UK, but if you know what you are doing and run a tracetr to it you will see its in HongKong.

svrhost : I was notified about the transfer... but unfortunatly, i was notified 5 days after my sites were down. That is to say that 5 days before you transfer the sites, i was experiencing downtimes and in those 5 days i submitted 3 support tickets. NO TICKET WERE ANSWERED !
Moreover, a month ago, i submitted a ticket, because i was having a problem with ftp, and your staff didnt reply, saying that my name was not real.. WTF.. you can accept 20$ a month from a not real name, but when i ask for support you dont provide it ????
THEN CHANGED MY NAME... TO THE REAL ONE... BUT I WASNT REPLIED.

MOREOVER... DURING THE LAST MONTH.. i experienced 2 downtimes of 4 hours each. Then, i got another 6 hours downtime due to dns problems.
And thats not all.. i also suffered serveral small downtimes of 5 to 10 minutes.

And i say the truth, i dont need to say a lie, theres no point for me to say it. I dont earn anything with this.

Nick : I was never notified about server change, or ip change. :(
 
Cmon NICK... Im not so idiot to post all fake information !!!.. i just didnt post my real name. My paypal was also a verified account, wich i used to pay wrzhost twice, then the 3rd invoice was paid by my partner, cause i was on hollidays. !

DO you think im so stupid to post a fake email !... Cmon ... ive been in warez and net for more than 10 years, im not a little baby.

MOREOVER.. if i had fake information... please tell me what kind of serious hosting, could allow someone`s money, if instead of using Bill CARSON as name he use "NOT REAL"... cause belive it or not.. "NOT REAL" was the name i used for signin up with wrzhost...
