wrong email in my account

I have 1 account FS,
my email: *@yahoo.com.vn not *@yahoo.com (email: *@yahoo.com does not exist)
when I change the information, I did not receive any email notification
i want change my email from: *@yahoo.com to email: *@yahoo.com.vn
What do I do now?
