Plz review It..!

This Portion is too bad..

and this one is good:-

remove this:-

and add a logo instead of this:-

Change the banner. It's not looking good.
- Get a new favicon
- Add more categories and remove Uncategorized http://lulzimg.com/i5/20a79f86.png

- Remove http://lulzimg.com/i5/240ae4f4.png

Just get a whole new professional theme installed. And try to refrain from using dark colors so close to each other.
