cyberavijit That we going not to accept new customers in shared.
Old customers can be stay maby later we going to accept new customers but on this moment we have to many bad people on shared that like to make problems on shared.

So this kind off people will be terminate.

I am running one WordPress site using one Data Base one default FTP..using also cloudflare to minimize bandwidth

Hope thats fine....if you are getting any problem from my end i want you to inform me ...

and yes do terminate them who are abusing

means you are not closing the current shared accounts.....?
i want to continue with shared account only as i can't afford VPS...
i hope you will not terminate my account in future.....:)
 
No one is stopping anything and yes, we will be offering what we were offering. We were not forcing any one to upgrade, but as the abuse was going up high, we planned on taking any more new customers.

The plan to stop was as the abuse was going well over the limit and servers were getting loads as high as 650.

I hope the confusion is clear and we will try to provide the service that we were providing, and stay updated, as we will be bringing some more things in the next few days ;)

Now i am confuse , you are clearly telling us by email that you are gonna stop all shared hosting service by the end of april exactly the 30 of april.

For clients with shared account you will have till April 30th the possibility to upgrade before we stop with shared.

he was going to stop it because he doesnt have time to keep checking cpu

so i will now be doing checks for when ever someone abusing the server but i wont be on all time as i after work certain hours and get my sleep
 
For clients who already paid for half a year even years, what you gonna do with us? If you stop ur shared plans by the end of April, what should I do, I don't need a vps for my small site and it is not me cuzed the high load of the cpu, that is not fair if you close the share plans for all of us!
 
the reason he was going to get rid as he had no one to keep a eye on the server and kick the accounts offline for whoever is abusing it but hopefully there be less abuse as i be checking each day and when im online
