fuck that faizann420 kid,
he has complete rights to sell further because it is his property
here is the difference.
faizann made psd for his use not for the public, if its available for public or to more members the guy can only use it for his personal use but cannot resell, same as games in shop available for everybody so you can play but re-distributing is illegal.
so that guy has complete rights to sell further or do whatever he want to do with this
